"Please be informed that I worked a dinner event for Northrop Grumman Defense group president at Copper Canyon on Tuesday, February 6.  We had 40 guests including myself and all enjoyed dining at Copper Canyon Grill.  I worked the event with Marty and he was outstanding, and the wait staff (three nice young men) did a great job as well -- was impressed that each time they had a question or concern they greeted me by my first name -- I liked that very much.

Only one of the 40 guests had dined at Copper Canyon in the past.  The service and food was very good.  Only one thing at the end -- coffee service was slow for those that needed to leave sooner -- couldn't find cream to go with the coffee due to the length of the tables I'm sure."

"I was at the Copper Canyon Restaurant in Silver Spring MD on my birthday.  I have never been to a restaurant where waiters have paid so much attention.  We were told when we arrived that the waiters worked as team, so we could approach any of them if we needed.  More importantly, though, they approached us when they saw something may have been needed, or simply to ask how things were.  They were also all very pleasant and efficient.  It was quite an impressive evening, plus we loved the food, including the cornbread which I am know for making different versions of, and rarely find some that is better than my own!"
